SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIMES
Delivery times are quoted in business days and are estimates only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 3-5 business days for all domestic orders. Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-3 business days. We currently offer domestic shipping in the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Bake Away does not ship internationally.
During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1–3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out. Our carriers do not count weekends as valid ship dates and weekends are not guaranteed delivery dates.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after you've been notified that your package has been shipped. At times, the courier will not scan the package immediately and may take some time to be sorted and scanned at the distribution center.
Bake Away is not responsible for any delayed, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact and control over the package.
UPDATING ORDERS
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. We are unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
RETURN POLICY
No returns on any and all items. All sales are final.
